Returns and refunds

14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind, starting from the day you receive your order. Within that period you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason. Let us know within those 14 days by emailing info@funreminder.com with your name and order number. You can also use the EU model withdrawal form.

Then send the product back within 14 days to:
Fun Reminder, Motstraat 10, 3580 Beringen, Belgium.
You pay the cost of the return shipment. Please return the product unused and in good condition. If the product has been used more than needed to check it (for example worn or washed), we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

We refund you within 14 days, including the standard shipping costs of your order. We do this as soon as we have received the product back or proof that you sent it.

Wrong size?
Check the size chart on the product page before you order. If you still ordered the wrong size, you can return the product within your withdrawal period and order a new size.

Damaged or wrong item
Is your product damaged, does it have a printing error, or did you receive the wrong product? Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery via info@funreminder.com. You don't need to send anything back. You get a new one free of charge.

Digital downloads
You receive downloads right after payment. When you order, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal. If a file doesn't work properly, email us and we'll fix it.

Legal warranty
Physical products come with the legal 2-year warranty against defects.
